Going Live With Beta Program Today

Just what is a “Beta” program?  I suppose it means different things to different people.  For us it means that we’ll be moving rather quickly to incorporate new feature requests or to make changes to the workflow in order to reduce mouse clicks or other human interaction needs.  But it does *not* mean that data you enter into the system now will need to be entered in again.  Let me say that again:

It does NOT mean that you’ll need to re-enter data.  This is a “LIVE” system that is intended to work.  We just want you to know that we’re in active development to improve the system so it stays out of your way.

We took the approach of keeping information very tight up front; It is much easier to expand a service without impact to customers than it is to contract or remove services.  You input during this Beta period will help shape the future of cprsites.com.

We run a Training Site — We are instructors and we have a particular workflow.  Your workflow may differ and this is where you can help make sure your needs are addressed just as efficiently as everyone else’s.  So why not help us make your life easier and sign-up for a Beta account today?!?

Added ability to notify all instructors

Today we added the ability for training centers and training sites to send email to all of their instructors in one simple step.   This can be seen as a companion to our already live feature that will notify your students automatically prior to their card expiring.  We’re working on a promo video to outline these and other essential features of CPR Sites.

Getting Ready To Launch Beta Program for CPR Sites

This is the first of what I hope are many posts about the management system being developed for AHA approved Training Centers, Training Sites and Instructors over at www.cprsites.com.

We should be making a Beta program available this week which demonstrates a well functioning system but is flexible enough to change based on your feedback.

Although I tend to be the “face” of the company you might be interested in the other guys working on cprsites.com.  We’ve been together for more than a decade developing all kinds of software solutions and it is such a joy to be working together again on something that is so sorely needed.  The team:

Paul Sisson — Brad Hilton — Tom McDonald (that’s me!).

When you have ideas for new functionality or suggestions for workflow improvements you can bet that one of the three of us will respond quickly and do what we can to accommodate.   Here’s our contact information:

Phone: 805.242.1358 — Email: info@cprsites.com

Thanks for reading.  Come back soon!
